Its Raining Cats & Dogs - an Explosion Album

I have pinned a lot of explosion boxes on Pinterest but have never attempted to make one. I love the look of them & how creatively interactive some people design them to be. I recently made a couple of mini-albums for my cousin & my niece who both had to say 'goodbye' to their furry friends. I decided to make a third one for my very close friend, Nicole, who said a sad farewell to her beloved feline friend, Cheyenne.  I wanted to do something different this time so off to Pinterest I went! I found this awesome tutorial video by Sabrina Radeck. I used Sabrina's video as inspiration for my explosion box.

I love the Raining Cats & Dogs line from Graphic 45

  1. This looks awesome. I have had to say goodbye to my furries a few too many times in the past couple of years - just a couple of weeks ago for the last one. This is a great way to help remember them.

    1. I am so sorry for your loss Rebecca. It is so hard to say 'goodbye' to our fur-babies, isn't it? These albums are so nice because they make a great display piece as well as being a keepsake. Thanks for your comment! ~~~julia
